Bernardo Schutz: Certified public accountant, partner of Schutz Borruso Construcciones, Manager of local and international real estate and hotel projects with more than 40 years of experience. Founder partner of Association of Private Construction Developers of Uruguay (APPCU). Developer and constructor of two important hotels in Montevideo: Melia Confort Montevideo and Ibis Hotel Montevideo.

Oscar Borruso: Construction manager and expert. Partner of Schutz-Borruso Construcciones for more than 30 years, with more than 130,000 m2 of construction. Constructor and developer of Ibis Hotel Montevideo.

Pablo Martínez: Administration manager of Ibis Hotel Montevideo and administration partner of Schutz-Borruso Construcciones.
